Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unopened

  • the item must be in its original packaging

  • proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the product.

We will provide a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
